Without even mentioning the building's functionality for exhibitions, concerts and conferences, I think it's a must-see. Admission is free, and walking through the building, which often hosts small exhibitions, is a special experience. And the real draw is its modern architecture, which combines space, glass, and metal to create a bright, futuristic space that leaves a lasting impression. Last but not least, it only takes a few minutes to visit, although you can also sit on some benches on the upper floors and enjoy the serenity of the place for longer time.

Tokyo International Forum is a stunning architectural space where you can capture truly beautiful photos throughout the day. The glass atrium and open plaza create dramatic light and shadow, perfect for both casual snaps and more serious photography. The building is spacious and clean, with plenty of spots to sit and relax between shooting, and its central Marunouchi location makes it easy to drop by while exploring Tokyo. Whether you visit for an event or just to walk around, it is a great place to enjoy modern design and take memorable pictures.

Stunning architectural masterpieces in Tokyo Tokyo is home to some incredible modern architecture, and these two buildings are highlights. The National Art Center, Tokyo is breathtaking at night; its wavy glass facade glows beautifully, making the entire structure look like a piece of art itself. The Tokyo International Forum is equally impressive with its massive glass atrium that looks like a giant ship’s hull. Both spots are free to enter (for the common areas) and offer amazing photo opportunities. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates world-class design and urban beauty!

This is an excellent location, especially for photographers. A lot of portrait shoots happen here, and it's quite impressive from an architectural perspective. It's open from 7am-1130pm every night, it is free to enter, and there are clean restrooms and many dining options nearby.

It’s a sprawling, architecturally amazing building with different floors each catering is something unique and interesting. I went to Art Fair 2026 where they had over 100 vendors showcasing art from local artists all the way up to Picasso and Toshio Saeki.
